Project Plan

The project methodology is based on the 6-month rule with specific tasks in each 6-month period. The project lasts 17 months with a starting date on July 2022, so 3 periods are proposed in total.

The project consists of 4 WPs:

  • WP1.Management and Coordination,
  • WP2. Information & Dissemination,
  • WP3.Prevention of natural disasters in the cross border area and
  • WP4. Regeneration of the cross border ecosystem after forest fires for flood prevention.

The project management is based on the ‘Lead Beneficiary Principle’ that sets the responsibility for the overall implementation of the project to the Lead Beneficiary. However, each partner is responsible for the safe implementation of the undertaken deliverables.
